I just thought this sign is funny. Than I screwed around with the colors and all that, it’s originally red white and blue, but I thought this looked cooler to go with the word “gold.”

this is my news photo that i handed in for class. i enhanced the saturation, burned it and applied some sort of burning filter. kind of like this version better.

I like how tiny she looks compared to the porch, just the relationship between the two , size-wise, is interesting. Older people always seem to make cool photos. (Kyle)
daily stroll
this adorable lady walks by my house every day with her earphones (i really want to know what she’s listening to btw) so i thought i’d get her today. i like all the lines from the porch and the green of the grass (which i intensified a little).

I like how simple this is with the three distinct colors of his shirt, the wall and his skin tone, and the shapes that are formed between them. It’s interesting, I could see it as an advertisement or part of a band photo or something like that. (Kyle)

I really like her “intense” facial expression. I’ve never really watched girl’s softball, so I didn’t realize that they wore face masks on their helmets. I’d imagine that makes it a little harder to get shot like this with good expression. Really cool. (Kyle)

****Week 13 Photo Kyle
An old rusted sign by the train tracks.
My roomate had his solo art show this weekend in the gallery in the square, and one of our friends bands played in the window to go along with it as some kinda weird “art peice.” There’s 5 guys in that band in a really tiny space, and I think it would have made some really cool pictures. Unfortunately, I got crazily sick and couldn’t make it, and was kinda bummed out about that. Anyway, here’s a photo of an old sign instead.
This is really interesting. I’m not sure by looking at it, what exactly is going on in it or how it was made, but the colors and shapes mixed in with the letters just combine nicely. It reminds me of art class when your a little kid or something like that. (kyle)

****Week 12 Photo Kyle
I took these photos of the RHA meeting for an asignment in the DEN. They didn’t use either one, but I like them because of the expressions on the RHA memebers faces.
That’s awesome. Just a really cool mood to it, and really interesting thoughout, a lot to look at. I like how you’ve got the person standing in the distance too. One the coolest photos I’ve seen so far.(kyle)
